If you look under the drivers or passengers door you will see it. There are 2 screws, 1 screw per side. All you do is just turn them to either raise the front of the van, or lower the front. Just don't unscrew them all the way out. When you turn the screw it in turn rotates the torsion bar keys a.k.a "the porkchop".
